Established in 1994, 1st Choice Leeds was founded by John Cook. Over the years, he grew the company to what it is today: one of the leading courier specialists in the city. John was joined by his wife, Pat, in 2002, and the pair ran the business together for many years. John made the decision to retire in 2020, and now the business is run by mother-daughter team Pat and Hannah.

Hannah originally trained as a primary school teacher, and decided after 12 years to take on a new venture with 1st Choice.
